  • For those stepping into our studio for the first time and skipping a private 1:1 session, we recommend diving into our 'Reform' class as your starting point. This 50-minute Reformer session embodies the essence of our approach. In Reform classes, diversity in skill levels is embraced, and our intimate class settings empower us to work closely with you, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Additionally, keep an eye out for our special ‘Beginners Reform’ class, typically scheduled for Monday evenings at 7:30pm. This particular class is tailored perfectly for newcomers, offering an ideal introduction to the studio and the Reformer.

  • Our style is small and personalised. There are up to four people in our biggest class Hustle and three in our smaller class Reform. If you would prefer a 1:1 Private or Duo class contact us here

  • Reformer Pilates can be done in any form of exercise clothing. It is best done in bare feet or Pilates socks (whatever works for you).

  • Come 5-10minutes early to chat with your instructor and get the rundown. We will give you the chance to get familiar with the Reformer and other equipment so it doesn’t feel too new to you when we start the class.

Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel if you would like. There is no need for shoes or any special gear.

  • If you are new to Reformer, have been inactive for some time, or are recovering from injury we suggest booking a 1:1 session before attending a class. This allows you to familiarise yourself with the reformer and allows us to provide you with all the support you need while you adjust to a new form of exercise.

  • Yes, you absolutely can! Reformer Pilates is a great way to assist in your recovery, many physios recommend Reformer Pilates due to its low-impact nature and ability to target smaller muscles helping facilitate recovery.

However, if you are pregnant, post-partum, have an injury or are recovering from an injury, please contact us before booking a class. This way we can discuss what option is going to be appropriate for you.

Even though our classes are small and personalized we still want you to get the most out of your session. The best way for this to occur is for us to have as much information about any injuries before your booking so we can structure the class appropriately.

  • Our studio is currently located at 44 Chain Hills Road Dunedin. Feel free to park in the driveway or on the grass alongside the gravel road. The studio is the large room directly in front of you as you come down the drive.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t have changing room facilities. We have a bathroom available but no shower facilities. It is best to come prepared to attend class.

  • We know that everyone’s schedules are crazy and as such cancellations are unavoidable. However, because we have such small class numbers demand is high for spaces in classes.

We ask that if you need to cancel, please do so with more than 12 hours’ notice, or you will forfeit payment/concession for that class. If you are concerned regarding this, please get in touch here.

  • If you can’t get into the class you wanted at the time try using the waitlist function. This puts you on the waitlist to be moved into the class if someone cancels. It will deduct a credit from your account but this is automatically replaced if you don’t make it into the class.

  • Yes! These classes are designed for you to bring your wee one along with you. Our only suggestion is that you bring with you a play mat or something for them to lie on if you do need to put them down. Lots of the work we do means your baby can still be held in your arms or if you are comfortable we love a cuddle too! If your baby is crawling or walking we suggest sending us an email to discuss if this is the right class for you.
